1-The High seas : our Future - april 11 2013 international conference - cese

First Part of the international conference april 11 2013 in Economic, social & environmental council.

To clarify issues concerning management of the high seas, this full day of conferences and discussions will bring together specialists from France and abroad for a positive and realistic approach to the subject.

At the end of the day, members of the steering committee will launch a “call for action” that will then be relayed to institutions and policy makers, in view of the important negotiations on governance of the high seas, to be organized by the UN Commission on Sustainable Development in 2014.
