Ukraine: A cut above the rest

Hairdresser, Oleg Maksakov, from Sevastopol broke a new National Record by cutting a woman's hair using two pairs of scissors at the same time while being blindfolded.

The young Ukrainian hairdresser started cutting hair aged ten, going on to realise that by using both hands and two pairs of scissors, he was developing both hemispheres of his brain. His first model to try a blindfolded haircut was his mother.

Now clients at his salon can also experience this new haircutting method and all for the price of a regular haircut.
