Are you looking for clotheslines for small spaces? This is a common question we get asked at Lifestyle Clotheslines: What is the best small clothesline for a small space? We have a number of options that we're going to quickly run through a few of them here with you, to show you some of the best options that you can have, and some of the choices that are currently available today.
The first one will be the City Living Urban 2400. The reason we like this product is the fact that it can actually be customized in the factory to any size you want. As far as the width goes, this unit is 2.4 meters wide, but for instance, if you had a 2 meter space, we could actually get it customized in the factory at no extra charge before it comes out, to that required length that you need.
As you can see with the City Living range, in this particular model, there's about 6 or 7 options there. You can choose the depth out from the wall, and if you want a custom width other than what's the standard of the 2.4 meters, you just put a little notion when you order this product, and we can customize that for you.
One of the other popular models is the Hills Supa Fold Mini; great small clotheslines for a little internal laundry or small courtyard area. Again, Hills has done a fabulous job with this one.
If you're looking something on the small side for ceiling-mounted-type situation, the Airaus Ceiling-Mounted Clothes Airer is one we'd probably recommend you have a look at. Again, it's got 6 rods that individually lower down, so you can hang your washing on and pull that up to the ceiling.
Again, good if you haven't got a huge laundry and want to use, actually, the ceiling space rather than try to mount something to the wall or have something freestanding.
The last one when it comes to clotheslines for small spaces will be something like the Versaline Hook & Away Clothesline. This one is pretty unique in that it can actually, you can mount it to balcony railings, you can mount it to brick walls. As you can see here, it's just got this rod that comes down and a little space above that goes between two rods.
This is with it installed on an upper-level apartment building balcony. The thing folds away totally when you don't need it anymore. It's folded out in use; you've got some nice towels hanging on it. You can also fold it down flat, so then when you need it, you can just pop it up. Here's a good shot of it installed on some brickwork. Again, it's just leveraged against a wall, so you can actually take the thing totally down or just fold it down flat like that.
We can customize a lot of lines to suit your specific requirements. Feel free to give us a call. Our phone number is 1300 798 779, or you can visit us online at any time, at http://www.LifestyleClotheslines.com.au/.
