India, Germany sign six key MOUs in Berlin

Prime Minister Manmohan Singh on the second day of his visit to Germany inked six key MOUs between India and Germany for putting together 7 million euros for next four years towards joint research in the field of higher education and a pact for a soft loan of one billion euros for strengthening the green energy corridor
