Bhullar seeks commutation of death sentence

Devinderpal Singh Bhullar has been facing a death sentence for triggering a car bomb explosion in 1993 outside the Indian youth Congress office in Delhi. He has sought the commutation of death sentence to life citing an 8 year long delay by the government in deciding his mercy petition.
