Its the height of medical negligence where a sweeper in Barmer hospital chopped off an infant's finger in a bid to remove stitches on his finger. What is more shocking is that the sweeper then simply discarded the finger in a dustbin. While the family of the infant is crying itself hoarse demanding justice the Chief Medical officer has accepted callousness on the hospital's behalf.
