Another warning from North Korean State TV ... this time to foreigners in South Korea that they should leave for their own safety.
So far it's been war of words with Pyongyang showing little action beyond the rhetoric.
In Seoul a University professor sees a growing threat.

"It feels like today's announcement is another step forward towards this consistently shifting line of when will something really happen. Up until now it has been a lot of gestures and a lot of words, so this feels likes one more step closer to that line."
In a town in China next to the North Korean border residents are taking the threats in stride.
