On the decision of Joseph Ratzinger, Pope Benedict XVI, leaving the command of the Vatican, signed matter where proven facts reported by authorities, some of them witnessed by me on the spot. Benedict suffers from diseases that are typical of a person with 85 years, but was not announced osteoarthritis that led to the decision to discontinue own pontificate. Ratzinger failed to cope with organized crime that is rampant in the wings of the Vatican.
