Britain's "Bond girl" queen wins honourary film award

Some 300 guests gathered at Windsor Castle on Thursday (April 4) to honour the achievements of those working in the British film industry.

One of those present was no other than Britain's very own Queen Elizabeth, who hosted the event at her home.

The 86-year-old monarch's performance as a "Bond girl" alongside Daniel Craig in last year's summer Olympics opening ceremony had impressed many, said actor Kenneth Branagh.
