Bieber prosecution? Singer spits, should have swallowed pride

Bieber prosecution: could Justin Bieber be sent to jail? According to TMZ, the Canadian singer could be prosecuted for spitting on a neighbor and issuing threats.

The Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department is investigating the case and will refer the matter to the L.A. County District Attorney for review, with the recommendation that criminal battery charges be filed against the singer.

Bieber allegedly spit on a neighbor following an early morning confrontation in his gated community. The dispute began after Justin Bieber allegedly raced through his neighborhood at speeds of up to 100 miles per hour.

Bieber's neighbor complained to the pop singer, who allegedly responded by spitting on the man and issuing threats.
