Zirakpur Drug haul case has seen a new twist on Monday when the Punjab police investigating the case said that the Indian medalist Vijender Singh has consumed heroin 10-12 times. And both the boxers met alleged smuggler Anoop Singh Kahlon to purchase heroin for “personal consumption” between December 2012 and February 2013.
