Despite several promises and tough legislations women are still not safe. In a shocker from Noida, a 17-year-old was first abducted in broad daylight, poisoned and then brutally raped in a car. The police have arrested the accused who allegedly made the victim sniff some poisonous substance and later raped her. But there is a big question mark on women's safety in the Capital and its adjoining areas.
