Syrian opposition PM rejects talks with Assad

The Syrian opposition's new interim Prime Minister Ghassan Hitto will be tasked with forming a cabinet and securing control of opposition-held areas of Syria. But it remains to be seen how his appointment will bring Syria closer to resolving the conflict. Al Jazeera's Bernard Smith reports from Istanbul.
