Chavez coffin paraded to next display

Finding it hard to let go.

The coffin of former Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez was paraded for hours again through the capitol Caracas Friday.

It was an elaborate culmination to 10-days of official mourning broadcast on state television.

Hundreds of thousands of Chavez supporters flooded the streets to see his body transported to a military museum on a hillside.

That's where the former soldier launched his political career in a failed coup.

Chavez will remain there on display for now, but it's still unclear where his final resting place will be.

The opposition has called this protracted mourning process "perverse".

It accuses the government of exploiting Chavez in death to capture votes in an upcoming Presidential election.
