Drug bust: Trouble mounts for Vijender Singh

Just two days after the massive drug bust in Mohali, the Punjab police telling TIMES NOW that in the investigation conducted shows both boxers have consumed drugs but its friend and sparring partner Ram Singh's admission which is the most damning. An admission which led to his expulsion from the camp National Institute of Sports (NIS) Patiala but no action has been taken against Vijender Singh and he is free to train at the NIS. While there may be no direct link to the drug bust and Vijender, the admission from his friend Ram Singh does cast doubts on his reputation as an Olympic champion.
