A Pakistan born artist who spent a large portion of his life in Zagreb, Arieb mixes traditional Punjabi songs with western influences, creating a blend of the "old" east and the "new" west. His most prominent project in Zagreb was a popular Irish folk band Shamrock Rovers, but he also ventured into gypsy, folk and blues waters. Upon his return to Pakistan, he used all his experiences with world music to create an interesting sound we hear today. For us he played a Punjabi stoner rock song. Not something we get to hear every day.
