In Feb 2012 Sydney singer/songwriter Suzy Connolly released her stunning debut album 'Night Larks' through Stuart Coupe's Laughing Outlaw Records. Since it's release Night Larks has been received exceptionally with 4 star review in Rolling Stone and another 4 stars in The Sydney Morning Herald.
Produced by Sydney musician/producer Josh Schuberth, 'Night Larks' has been described has an alternative pop lover's dream full of soaring classic pop gems with influences ranging from 'beatlesque' to 'surf', always immediate in establishing Suzy's trademark honesty, drama and tenderness. References include Aimee Mann and The Beatles alongside grittier rock bands like The Strokes and Blondie.
Suzy will be playing at the Balcony Sessions at Raveesi's Hotel in Bondi Thursday 15th November, hosted by BalconyTV Sydney.
