Blind Freddy are a young band consisting of Michael Spieler (vocals/guitar), Timothy Lush (drums), Kerim Öke (guitar) and Thommy Sedlacek (bass guitar). Their music is mainly influenced by rock and synthie pop.
After the release of their debut album "Presents Of Light" the band found themselves becoming one of the most popular acts in the German underground scene, however entering mainstream media attention by playing at Rock am Ring & Rock am Park in 2012, being chosen by the Fashion Brand S.Oliver to be part of their AW 12 campaign, and having two of their songs featured in the film "Death of a Superhero" which is presently screening in cinemas worldwide.
After having been booked for concerts and festival appearances in Germany, Austria, Luxembourg and Switzerland in the past year, they played support gigs for bands like Citizens! and Itchy Poopzkid.
Blind Freddy is currently back in the studio working on their second album which will be out in Spring 2013!
