Cuban President Castro jokes about retiring

Cuba's President Raul Castro has joked to reporters that he is planning his retirement. The 81-year old, who succeeded his elder brother Fidel was visiting a monument to fallen Soviet soldiers. Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev was also present.

Castro is widely expected to begin a second five-year term on Sunday.
