Gently break the egg in the ring mould. - Gather all the egg white so that it cooks well. - Once the egg egg is ready, place it gently over a toast. - Sprinkle salt and pepper.
METHOD 3 (Using a greased bowl) - - Boil the water. Gently break the egg in the bowl. - Cover the pot for 2 min. - Once the egg egg is ready, place it gently over a toast. - Sprinkle salt and pepper.
