The „Carpoolets" are a four member band from Vienna that circles around the main genre Rock'n Roll". The Band defends itself successfully against any classification by not balking the use of various stylistic devices to keep their sound fresh and intuitional. Their musical approach can be defined as „to improve is to change". They neatly understand how to build up soundwalls from heavy rifffragments to imbed not only dynamical and emotional but also melancholic vocals. Instead of being exactly specified, the musical influences are roomy. Nevertheless, if you want to compare them to others, a little bit of Bob Dylan, The Libertines, Radiohead, Tallest Man on Earth, Interpol or The Veils will be found. There are no big show-effects, it's more about emotion and sound.
