Chinese leaders take aim at income gap

China has announced new measures to narrow the income gap between the rich and poor. The government is planning to implement a minimum wage and force state companies to hand over a bigger chunk of profits for social programmes. Al Jazeera's Marga Ortigas reports from Hong Kong.
