The Jackie Myers Band is a singer-songwriter style band with heavy jazz, blues and funk influences. Starting out in December of 2009, the Jackie Myers Band produced their first self-released album, Count to Three.
They have had some local success at Momo's; one of Austin's finest venues. They have been playing once a month there and have just celebrated their cd-release this past July. They are also starting to be a favorite at Romeo's, an intimate venue down in South Austin complete with a baby grand piano, a well stocked bar and a commitment to local music.
