Shakira and Gerard Pique show off first shots of baby Milan

Shakira and soccer playing boyfriend Gerard Pique are no strangers to living life through Twitter.
They announced their relationship to their combined 25 million followers through the social media platform last March, shared near naked pictures of the expecting couple recently, and then confirmed all the details of the birth of their son Milan earlier in the week.
Last night, Pique showed the first pictures of baby Milan although it was just a shot of his feet in aptly named sports shoes.
But instead of using Twitter to be simply ostentatious, Shakira is using the birth to raise money for UNICEF to prevent childhood deaths in impoverished areas.
