Janata Party President Subramanian Swamy's Plea seeking trial of juvenile accused in December 16 gangrape case along with the adult accused has been dismissed by Juvenile Board on Thursday (January 24). The juvenile along with five other accused were charged with gang-raping and brutally assaulting a 23-year-old woman in a moving bus in New Delhi. The victim died in a Singapore hospital December 29.
