UK court charges Nepali colonel with torture

Colonel Kumar Lama was taken into custody in the UK whilst on vactation - he's accused of torturing prisoners during the Maoist insurgency and was in court here in London on Saturday. Katmandu is furious about the arrest - and has summoned the British ambassador. Al Jazeera's Jonah Hull reports.
