The prez of the Westwater Views strata at 12873 Railway Ave took down the crime warning notices posted by the Zaliks and others. There is a list of 20-30 crimes and incidents of concern, on blogs and videos on the Internet, that the Westwater Views council mostly hasn't reported to the condo owners in the strata council minutes, despite a BC Court of Appeal decision of a council's "duty to inform" its owners/residents.
