Lord of the Rings' director Peter Jackson has confirmed that his upcoming Middle-Earth saga 'The Hobbit' will be a trilogy. On his Facebook page, Jackson announced that 'two films will become three', explaining that much of the story and characters will remain untold if he does not take this chance.
