Angus T. Jones has issued an apology for telling people not to watch his show, "Two and a Half Men" - calling it filth. The 19-year old actor released a statement saying "I apologize if my remarks reflect me showing indifference to and disrespect of my colleagues and a lack of appreciation of the extraordinary opportunity of which I have been blessed."

Rihanna has earned her first number one album on the Billboard charts. "Unapologetic," her seventh album, sold 238,000 copies in its first week. Despite the accomplishment, it is actually a meager sales number - considering Taylor Swift's "Red" just sold 1.2 million copies in its debut week last month.

In other music news, Adele's "21" has coincidentally become the 21st album in the history of Nielsen SoundScan to sell 10 million copies. The album - which earned Adele six Grammys - has never left the Billboard 200 chart since it dropped in February 2011.

Jennifer Lopez held her first-ever concert in Hong Kong, performing to a sold-out crowd of thousands of screaming fans. Dressed in a glittering, body-hugging suit, the pop diva showed off her curves and dance moves. Lopez is currently in the middle of a tour leg taking her to Asia and Australia.

Finally, "The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey" has its world premiere in New Zealand. Cate Blanchett walked the red carpet, as did Martin Freeman - who plays Bilbo Baggins - and director Peter Jackson. The film opens internationally in December.
