Winslet gets CBE, Lohan premieres TV movie

Kate Winslet has received a CBE from the Queen - one of the highest honors a British citizen can get. Winslet was given the title for her services to drama. The actress visited Buckingham Palace and met with the Queen - Winslet said they spoke about the importance of motherhood.

Lindsay Lohan hit the red carpet in Beverly Hills for the premiere of her TV movie, "Liz & Dick." The actress plays Elizabeth Taylor in the film. Advanced reviews of the movie have not been kind, but U.S. cable channel Lifetime is expecting a record viewing audience when the movie debuts on November 25.

One Direction has again topped the U.S. album chart with their latest release "Take Me Home." In its first week it sold 540,000 copies giving the boy band their second number one album this year and the third largest debut sales of the year.

Finally, Motley Crue bassist Nikki Sixx will have his memoir "Heroin Diaries" translated for the Broadway stage. The musician and radio presenter took to Twitter to announce the news. The play will have its debut in late 2013 or early 2014.
