Pirate Party: Digital web Bill makes UK 3rd world country

The UK government is debating a bill to increase access to digital technology in the country. If it becomes law, it will toughen up copyright regulations which some fear will lead to greater control of the internet. The head of the Pirate Party in the UK, Andrew Robinson told RT this new initiative will be too expensive for web users and will make Britain a third-world country.
