Caught on CCTV: Delhi goons on rampage

A group of criminals are caught on camera attacking and threatening the owner of a restaurant in Dilshad Garden area of north-east Delhi. The incident happened on 31st October at Rasoi restaurant which is owned by Harish Gupta. Gupta claims that a criminal Dinesh Pehlwan and his goons were having free meal for months. On 21st October Gupta refused to serve them meals, and this angered Dinesh a lot and an argument took place. The restaurant owner says miscreants attacked his restaurant after he stood up to them and denied them free meals. Though a case has been registered, even 4 days after the incident the main accused is absconding. The incident exposes the blatant abuse of muscle power by goons in the capital and has sent shockwaves across the country.
