In a debate moderated by TIMES NOW's Editor-in-Chief Arnab Goswami, panelists -- Dr Subramanian SwamyPresident, Janata Party and Sanjay Jha, Co-founder, Humara Congress.com -- discuss Janata Party chief Subramanian Swamy on Thursday (Nov 1) targeting Sonia Gandhi and Rahul Gandhi raisingquestions over acquisition of a company and whether Swamy is trying to draw the Congress into a direct debate on charges against the Gandhis.

Subramanian Swamy on Thursday (Nov 1) deals a blow to Congress Chief Sonia Gandhi and her son Rahul Gandhi, claims massive illegal gains made by their family run firm. Swamy has accused Sonia and Rahul for allegedly violating rules to benefit their company Young Indian. He also demanded a CBI probe into the company's alleged links with Associated Journals. Congress General Secretary Rahul Gandhi's office writes a letter to Swamy indicating that Rahul may take legal action against him over his comments. Rahul's office calls Swamy's allegations false, motivated and baseless.
