Manish Tewari, who was the youth Congress President and then the voice of his party as national spokesperson, was awarded the crucial Information and Broadcasting Ministry on Sunday (Oct 28). When his party faced the heat over the Lokpal Bill and Coalgate, he defended it. Perhaps that won him a berth in the Council of Ministers.
