On Sunday, Dr Manmohan Singh's Cabinet is headed for a major reshuffle, the old making way for the new, the young guns. Sources have revealed that some key Cabinet Ministers may be dropped and some might see themselves shifted to other Ministries. But through all of this the question on everyone's mind is, what about Rahul Gandhi? Is he going to make his Ministerial debut, come Sunday?
