Libya rulers 'failed to investigate Gaddafi's death'

An investigation into Muammar Gaddafi's violent death last year has challenged the version of events given by Libya's new rulers.

Human Rights Watch commented on the gruesome footage showing the ex-dictator being mocked and beaten.

Officials initially said he was killed in crossfire. The new report says in the film he "appears lifeless" after his capture.
