The Karnataka High Court on Wednesday (Oct 17) has granted bail to former French Consulate official Pascal Mazurier who was arrested on June 19 on charges of raping his four-year-old daughter. However, Pascal cannot leave the country and has to surrender his passport. The complaint was filed by his wife.
