It's another shocking incident from the Viswa Bharati University at Shantiniketan. Just a few months after a class five student was made to drink her own urine as punishment for bedwetting, now a PhD student has accused the Dean of Students Welfare of molestation. Following the incident Viswa Bharti University has ordered an inquiry into the allegations and temporarily asked the dean to step down.
