STORY: British royals Prince William and Kate Middleton started a busy London schedule this week with a luncheon at the Middle Temple Inn law school in London on Monday (October 8).
It is the couple's first UK appearance after their trip to Asia and since the royal family began legal action against a French magazine for publishing topless photographs of Kate.
The pair looked relaxed as they conversed with winners of three scholarships - the Queen Mother, the Diana, Princess of Wales, and the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge scholarships.
Kate was dressed in a wine red suit, which matched Prince William's tie.
The pair will be at a football stadium opening on Tuesday (October 9) and have separate appointments the rest of the week.
