South Sudan's VP on deal between Sudans

Al Jazeera speaks to Riek Machar Teny-Dhurgon, vice president of South Sudan, about the details of a trade and oil deal beteen Juba and Khartoum as well as the status of the on-going border dispute between Sudan and the world's newest nation. The deal, heraleded by the United Nations, includes an agreed restart of oil exports from South Sudan. Juba will pump as many as 350,000 barrels a day to its northern neighbour. They've also decided to create a demilitarised buffer zone along the border. Troops will pull 10 kilometres back from their current positions. What remains to be settled however, is who controls the disputed oil-producing region of Abyei. Also still unresolved, exactly where the border between the two North African nations will be drawn.
