Another Sarpanch has been gunned down in Jammu and Kashmir, this time in Baramullah district. Mohammad Shafi was shot dead by terrorists while he was on his way home from attending a function, making this the second such incident in less than 15 days. The terroists stopped Shafi and before he could react, shot several rounds at him, killing him on the spot.
