A public function in a school in Churu district of Rajasthan witnessed unruly scenes after the girl students raised slogans, waved black flags and hurled chairs towards the stage during an address by Congress ministers Chandrabhan and Jitendra Singh. This was in protest against the delay in the filling of teaching posts that has remained vacant for close to three months now.
