The sky fills with smoke in Aleppo as a Syrian fighter jet appears to drop a bomb.
The video, which could not be independently verified by Reuters comes as man off camera claims the building under attack was a children's hospital.
More footage shows street fighting. Syrian State media said that its soldiers had killed what it called 100 Afghan "terrorists" in Aleppo. Rebels say the report was government propaganda.
Global and regional powers have failed to halt the violence, which activists say has already claimed 27,000 lives.
Near the border with Turkey Syrian artillery shelled rebel captured positions. There are now fears that the violence will spill over Syria's borders and inflame the wider Middle East.
