Alright, so it looks like IW RE-APPLIED the hotfix to Modern Warfare 3 on Xbox 360 and PS3 and it is only NOW active. However, I will still leave a bit of room for error in that POSSIBLY the hotfix was active for some and not for others.

Now I'm not bashing on anyone who came out saying they thought the weapons were buffed and were doing better with them, everyone makes mistakes. The ones I will call out are those claiming they are the ONLY ones testing these things and that everyone saying the buffs are NOT active are liars. Well, don't you look good with mud on your face.
