Although I discuss it as a rumor in the video, it seems as though the distinctive headshot "clink" from World at War is back in Black Ops 2. After rendering out this video, I did see footage with the headshot sound being nearly identical to the sound from World at War. I loved getting that headshot clink in World at War...how about you?
