Heavy Rains and Floods Wreak Havoc in PoK

Muzaffarabad, Sep 18: The monsoons rains have wreaked havoc for people of Pakistan Occupied Kashmir or PoK. Many lives have been lost and thousands rendered homeless but Kashmiris complain that no help has come from the government.
