Russia plane crash kills 10

A small propeller plane crashed in Russia's far east on Wednesday, killing 10 of the 14 people on board, according to local emergency services.

The Russian-designed Antonov An-28 was en route to the village of Palana when it went down.

A local air traffic control source said severe weather could be responsible for the crash.

One child was reportedly among those killed.

An emergencies ministry spokesman said those injured were receiving treatment, and that none of their injuries were life-threatening.
