It was last seen that Madhubala lost her patience when RK insulted her mother Padmini on the film sets and blackmailed him by saying that if RK doesn't apologize Madhu will publish his childhood photos in the newspaper.. On the other hand Madhubala is also clueless as she has no idea who got the photos published.
