Good times fail to help ordinary Angolans

Angolans will elect a new government on Friday. Their country is now the third largest economy in sub-Saharan Africa and the second biggest oil exporter. But rapid economic growth has not benefited everyone as Al Jazeera's Barnaby Phillips reports from Luanda.
