Actor and comedian, Cedric the Entertainer, had dinner at one of Hollywood's most famous and popular restaurant's, Katsuya. Cedric, who is now starring in his own TV Land Show, "Soul Man," took a moment to answer paparazzi questions and take photos with fans before leaving the favorite hotspot. Cedric is joined in is new show by the absolutely hilarious Niecy Nash who has also been spotted dinning at Katsuya in the past.
